The President of India has confirmed the appointment of several members of the 2021 batch of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) into the service, effective from December 5, 2023. Among those confirmed is Apurva Tripathi, whose cadre was transferred from Bihar to Kerala vide a notification dated January 12, 2024. The notification lists eight officers in total, all confirmed on the same date and belonging to the Kerala cadre for the 2021 batch.
