Indian Forest Service (Pay) Third Amendment Rules, 2015

I

The Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Madhya Pradesh, has issued an amendment to the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2007. These new rules, known as the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Third Amendment Rules, 2015, will come into effect upon their publication in the Official Gazette. The amendment details modifications to Schedule II-A of the rules, specifically concerning posts carrying pay above the Time Scale in the Indian Forest Service under the State Governments. It outlines salary structures and pay scales for various positions within the Indian Forest Service in Madhya Pradesh, ranging from Principal Chief Conservator of Forests to Deputy Conservator of Forests across different functional areas like territorial, wildlife, production, and administrative roles. Schedule II-B is also updated to reflect changes in posts carrying senior scale pay, including special pay, for Madhya Pradesh.

New Delhi, the 2nd July, 2015.
G.S.R. 531(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Madhya Pradesh hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2007 namely:-

  1. (i) These Rules shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Third Amendment Rules, 2015.
    (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
  2. In the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2007:-(a) In Schedule II- A Posts carrying pay above the Time Scale in the Indian Forest Service under the State Governments, in the Table, for the entry “Madhya Pradesh” appearing in the first column and the corresponding entry in the second column, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
