सा.का.नि. 171(ब).—भारतीय वन सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1966 के नियम 4 के उप-नियम (1) और (2) के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार नागालैंड राज्य सरकार से परामर्श करके भारतीय वन सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1966 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-
- (i) इन विनियमों को भारतीय वन सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) संशोधन विनियमावली, 2017 कहा जाएगा।
- (ii) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
- भारतीय वन सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1966 की अनुसूची में “नागालैंड” शीर्षक के लिए और उनके अंतर्गत आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-

G.S.R. 171(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Service Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of Rule 4 of Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules, 1966, the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Nagaland hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely :-
- (i) These regulations shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Amendment Regulations, 2017.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, in the Schedule, for the heading “Nagaland” and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

नई दिल्ली, 27 फरवरी, 2017 सा.का.नि. 172(अ).—अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, नागालैंड सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2016 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद द्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
- (i) इन नियमों को भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) संशोधन नियमावली, 2017 कहा जाएगा। (ii) ये नियम शासकीय राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
- भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2016 में :- (क) भाग क में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय वन सेवा के वरिष्ठ वेतनमान से ऊपर के वेतन वाले पदों में, तालिका में प्रथम कॉलम में आने वाली “नागालैंड” प्रविष्टि के लिए और दूसरे कॉलम में तदनुरूपी प्रविष्टयों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:- “नागालैंड

G.S.R. 172(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Nagaland hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016 namely:-
- (i) These rules shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Amendment Rules, 2017.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette - In the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016:-
(a) In Schedule II- A Posts carrying pay above the Time Scale in the Indian Forest Service under the State Governments, in the Table, for the entry “Nagaland” appearing in the first column and the corresponding entry in the second column, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
