सा.का.नि. 408(अ).— अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, छत्तीसगड सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय बन सेवा (बेतन) नियमावली, 2016 में और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्व्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, नामत:
- (i) इन विनियमों को भारतीय बन सेवा (वेतन) द्वितीय नियमावली, 2025 कहा जाएगा।
(ii) वे सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे। - भारतीय बन सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2016 में:-
(क) अनुसूची II-क में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय बन सेवा में समयमान से अधिक वेतन वाले पदों में, तालिका में, पहले कॉलम में आने वाली “छत्तीसगड” प्रविष्टि और दूसरे कॉलम में उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए, निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामत:

G.S.R. 408(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Chhattisgarh hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016 namely:-
- (i) These rules shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Second Amendment Rules, 2025.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette - In the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016:-
