सा.का.नि. 1000(अ).—भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (संवर्ग), नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 4 के उप नियम (1) और (2) के साथ पठित, अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, “उत्तराखंड” सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियमवली, 1955 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्: –

1. (i) ये विनियम भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) छठे संशोधन विनियमावली, 2017 कहलाएंगे।
   (ii) ये विनियम शासकीय राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे।
2. भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1955 की अनुसूची में “उत्तराखंड” शीर्षक और उसके अन्तर्गत आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्: —
   “उत्तराखंड

[फा. सं. 11052/05/2017-अ.भा.से.-II-क] राजेश कुमार यादव, अवर सचिव टिप्पणी 1: इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने के पूर्व, उत्तराखंड के भारतीय पुलिस सेवा संवर्ग की कुल प्राधिकृत संख्या 69 थी।

टिप्पणी 2: प्रधान विनियम दिनांक 22 अक्तूबर, 1955 की एस.आर.ओ. सं. 3350, के अन्तर्गत भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किए गए थे। तत्पश्चात्, भारतीय पुलिस सेवा के उत्तराखंड संवर्ग के संदर्भ में निम्नलिखित सा.का.नि. संख्याओं तथा तिथियों द्वारा इन्हें संशोधित किया गया था: –

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 8th August, 2017 G.S.R. 1000 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Police Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Uttarakhand, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Police Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely:-

1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Police Service (Fixation of cadre Strength) Sixth Amendment Regulations, 2017.
   (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indian Police Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, in the Schedule, for the heading “Uttarakhand” and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely:-

“Uttarakhand

Note (1): Prior to issue of this notification, the Total Authorized Strength of Uttarakhand Cadre was 69.

Note (2): The principal regulations were published in the Gazette of India vide SRO No. 3350 dated 22^{nd} October 1955. These were subsequently amended in respect of the Uttarakhand Cadre by the following GSR No. and date:—

सा.का.नि. 1001(अ).—अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार उत्तराखंड राज्य सरकार से परामर्श करके भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2016 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:—

1. (i) इन नियमों को भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (वेतन) खंड संशोधन नियमावली, 2017 कहा जाएगा।
2. (ii) ये नियम सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
3. भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2016 में, अनुमूची-II :-

धारा अ(ए) में राज्य सरकारों के अंतर्गत भारतीय पुलिस सेवा में उच्च वेतनमान से ऊपर के पदों की तालिका में, प्रथम कॉलम में की उत्तराखंड प्रविष्टि और दूसरे कॉलम में तदनुरूपी प्रविष्टियों को निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, :—

(ख) खंड ख में राज्य सरकार के अधीन भारतीय पुलिस सेवा के वरिष्ठ वेतनमान में, वेतन के अतिरिक्त विशेष भत्ता पाने वाले पदों सहित, वेतन लेने वाले पदों में उत्तराखंड प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-

टिप्पणी : —मुख्य नियम भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में सा.का.नि. सं. 910(ई) दिनांक 23 सितम्बर, 2016 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए और बाद में निम्नलिखित सा.का.नि. और संख्या द्वारा संशोधित किए गए।

New Delhi, the 8th August, 2017 G.S.R. 1001 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Uttarakhand hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Police Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, namely: –

1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Police Service (Pay) Sixth Amendment Rules, 2017. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. In the Indian Police Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, in schedule II,- in Part A relating to posts carrying pay above the senior scale of pay of the Indian Police Service under the State Governments, in the table, for the entry “Uttarakhand” occurring in the first column and corresponding entries in the second column, the following shall be substituted namely:-

“Uttarakhand

(b) in Part B relating to posts carrying pay in the senior scale of the Indian Police Service under the State Governments including posts carrying special allowance in addition to pay, for the entries occurring under ‘Uttarakhand the following shall be substituted in the table,-
