कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत तथा पेंशन मंत्रालय (कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग) अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 16 अक्तूबर, 2018 सा.का.नि. 1036(अ).—भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (संवर्ग), नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 4 के उप नियम (1) और (2) के साथ पठित, अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, महाराष्ट्र सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1955 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :—
- (i) इन विनियमों को भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) द्वितीय संशोधन नियमावली, 2018 कहा जा सकेगा।
- (ii) ये विनियम शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
- भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1955 की अनुसूची में महाराष्ट्र शीर्षक और उसके अंतर्गत आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे, अर्थात्:—

G.S.R. 1036(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Police Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Maharashtra, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Police Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely:-
- (1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Police Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Second Amendment Regulations, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
- In the Indian Police Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, in the Schedule, for the heading “Maharashtra” and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely:-

नई दिल्ली, 16 अक्तूबर, 2018 सा.का.नि. 1037(अ).—अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार महाराष्ट्र राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2016 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-
- (1) इन नियमों को भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (वेतन) द्वितीय संशोधन नियमावली, 2018 कहा जा सकेगा। (2) ये नियम सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
- भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2016 में, अनुसूची-II,-
खंड क में राज्य सरकारों के अंतर्गत भारतीय पुलिस सेवा के वेतन के वरिष्ठ वेतनमान से ऊपर के पदों की तालिका में, प्रथम कॉलम में महाराष्ट्र प्रविष्टि और दूसरे कॉलम में तदनुरूपी प्रविष्टियों को निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th October, 2018
G.S.R. 1037(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Police Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, namely:-
- (1) These rules may be called the Indian Police Service (Pay) Second Amendment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
- In the Indian Police Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, in schedule II,-
in Part A relating to posts carrying pay above the senior scale of pay of the Indian Police Service under the State Governments, in the table, for the entry “Maharashtra” occurring in the first column and corresponding entries in the second column, the following shall be substituted namely:-
