सा.का.नि. 328(अ).— केन्द्र सरकार अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का LXI) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, बिहार सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2016 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, नामत:
- (1) इन नियमों को भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (वेतन) तृतीय संशोधन नियमावली, 2025 कहा जाएगा।
(2) वे सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
- भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2016 में, अनुसूची II में, –
राज्य सरकारों के अंतर्गत भारतीय पुलिस सेवा के वरिष्ठ वेतनमान से अधिक वेतन वाले पदों से संबंधित भाग क में, तालिका में, प्रथम कॉलम में “बिहार” प्रविष्टि और द्वितीय कॉलम में संबंधित प्रविष्टियों को निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामत:-

G.S.R. 328(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Bihar hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Police Service (Pay) Rules, 201,6 namely: –
- (1) These rules may be called the Indian Police Service (Pay) Third Amendment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette. - In the Indian Police Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, in schedule II-
