सा.का.नि. 362(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, अखिल भारतीय सेवाएँ अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 4 के उप-खण्ड (1) और (2) तथा नियम 7 के उप-खण्ड (ग) के अनुक्रम में, जम्मू और कश्मीर सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1955 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-
- (i) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) तृतीय संशोधन विनियमावली, 2007 है-। (ii) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
- भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1955 की अनुसूची में “9. जम्मू और कश्मीर” शीर्षक और उसके नीचे आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-

New Delhi, the 17th May, 2007 G.S.R. 362(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) and in pursuance of sub-clause (1) and (2) of Rule 4 and sub-clause (c) of Rule 7 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely : –
- (i) These regulations shall be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Third Amendment Regulations, 2007. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
- In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, for the heading ” 9 . Jammu and Kashmir” and the entries occurring thereafter, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
