कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत तथा पेंशन मंत्रालय (कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग) अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 24 दिसम्बर, 2007 सा.का.नि. 786(अ),—अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 4 के उप-खण्ड (1) और (2) तथा नियम 7 के उप-खण्ड (ग) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार, आन्ध्र प्रदेश सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) नियमावली, 1955 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-
- (i) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) नौवां संशोधन विनियम, 2007 है । (ii) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
- भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1955 की अनुसूची में, ‘आन्ध्र प्रदेश’ शीर्षक के लिए और उसके बाद आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-

G.S.R. 786(E).-In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) and in pursuance of sub-clause (1) and (2) of Rule 4 and sub-clause (c) of Rule 7 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955 namely :-
- (i) These regulations shall be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Ninth Amendment Regulations, 2007.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, for the heading ‘Andhra Pradesh’ and the entries occurring thereafter, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
