In exerci’se of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Admir istrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Nagaland and Bihar, the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for inter cadre deputation of Shri Abhijit Sinha, IAS (NL:2000) from IAS Cadre of Nagaland to the IAS Cadre of Bihar for a period of Five years with effect from the date of his joining the Bihar Government or until further orders whichever is earlier
