This notification announces the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Pankaj Kumar Pal, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer from the Manipur-Tripura cadre to the Bihar cadre. The deputation is for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever comes first, with the consent of the Manipur-Tripura and Bihar governments. This decision is made under the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6 (1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा मणिपुर-त्रिपुरा और बिहार सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, श्री पंकज कुमार पाल, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (मणिपुर-त्रिपुरा: 02) का मणिपुर-त्रिपुरा के भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा संवर्ग से बिहार के भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा संवर्ग में, बिहार सरकार में उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेश होने तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, अन्तर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति का एतदद्वारा अनुमोदन देती है।
