In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Bihar and Uttarakhand the Central Government hereby transfers Dr. Neeraj Kharwal, IAS (BH:07) from Bihar cadre to Uttarakhand cadre on the ground of marriage to Ms. Jyoti Yadav, IAS (UK:09).
