In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Maharashtra and Himachal Pradesh, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Manasi R. Sahay, IAS (MH:09) from Maharashtra to Himachal Pradesh cadre on the ground of marriage to Shri Rohan Chand Thakur, IAS (HP:09).
