NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Madhya Pradesh and the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for inter cadre deputation of Shri Pawan Kumar Sharma, IAS (MT:99) from Madhya Pradesh cadre to AGMUT cadre for appointment as Deputy Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) for a period of five years with effect from the date of his reporting for duty.
