The Government of India’s Department of Personnel and Training has approved the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Pawan Kumar Sharma, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre (MP:99), to the AGMUT cadre. This deputation is for the position of Deputy Commissioner in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), effective from the date he assumes charge, for a period of five years. The approval was granted with the consent of the Madhya Pradesh government and the Ministry of Home Affairs, utilizing the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6 (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं मध्यप्रदेश सरकार तथा गृह मंत्रालय की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, श्री पवन कुमार शर्मा, भा.प्र.से. (म.प्र.:99) की मध्यप्रदेश संवर्ग से एजीएमयूटी संवर्ग में उपायुक्त, दिल्ली नगर निगम के पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु दी गई अंतर संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से पाँच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए एतद्वारा अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है ।
