NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Haryana and Ministry of Home Affairs the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for :
i. Inter cadre deputation of Shri Mohammed Shayin, IAS (HY:02) from Haryana cadre to AGMUT cadre (Chandigarh Admn.) for appointment as Deputy Commissioner, UT, Chandigarh, for a period of three years from date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
ii. The premature repatriation of Shri Brijendra Singh, IAS (HY:98) from inter cadre deputation, to his parent cadre on appointment of Shri Mohammed Shayin, IAS (HY:02) as Deputy Commissioner, Chandigarh.
