In exercise of the power conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the
Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the
concurrence of the Governments of Jharkhand and Maharashtra, the
Central Govt. hereby transfers Shri Astik Kumar Pandey, IAS (JH:11)
from Jharkhand cadre to Maharashtra cadre on the ground of marriage to
Ms. Patil Mokshada Anil, IPS (MH:11).
