This notification announces the approval of the inter-cadre deputation of Dr. Ashima Jain, an IAS officer from the Bihar cadre, to the AGMUT cadre (Delhi segment). The deputation is for a period of three years, effective from the date she assumes charge. This decision was made using the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of both the Bihar government and the Ministry of Home Affairs. The notification is issued by the Department of Personnel and Training within the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions.
