In partial modification of this Deptt.’s Notification No. 13017/15/2010-AIS-I, dated 25.06.2010 published in the Gazette of India Part I, Section II, the Central Govt., has approved the proposal for ex-post-facto approval for premature repatriation of Shri Santosh Kumar, IAS (MH:94) from Jharkhand cadre to his parent cadre i.e. Maharashtra to enable the officer to join one year training programme of Masters in International Development Policy for the year 20122013 commencing from 6.08.2012.
