This notification announces the permanent status conferred upon two Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers – V. Lalithalakshmi and Vadner Prashant Mukund – belonging to the Tamil Nadu cadre. The conferral is based on the powers vested by Rule 3-K of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954, and is effective from September 1, 2010, for both officers. The notification is issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India.
