This notification details the approved inter-cadre deputation of Shri Bhaskar Jyoti Sarma and Smt. Shubha Sarma, both IAS officers from the Odisha cadre, to the Assam segment of the Assam-Meghalaya joint cadre. The deputation is valid up to April 25, 2015, with a relaxation of the standard ‘cooling-off’ period. However, Shri Sarma’s transfer is contingent upon identifying and having his successor available for joining. The notification also outlines the distribution list for the communication, including relevant Chief Secretaries, Pay & Accounts Officers, and the officers themselves, with a warning of potential disciplinary action for non-compliance with handover procedures. It also directs the placement of the notification on the official website.
