In exercise of the power conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the
Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the
concurrence of the Governments of Rajasthan and Odisha, the Central
Govt. hereby transfers Shri Parmeswaran B., IAS (RJ:08) from Rajasthan
cadre to Odisha cadre on the ground of marriage Ms. Sarah Sharma, IPS
