In exercise of the power conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Tamil Nadu and the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Ms. Neha Bansal, IAS (TN:10) from Tamil Nadu cadre to AGMUT cadre on the ground of marriage to Shri Deepak Yadav, IPS (AGMUT:11).
