In exercise of the power conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Madhya Pradesh and the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central Govt. has approved Inter cadre transfer of Dr. Madhu Rani Teotia, IAS (MP:08) from Madhya Pradesh cadre to AGMUT cadre, as a special case.
