With reference to State Government’s letter No. F.2(13)-GA(P\&T)/08(Vol.-II) dated the $8^{\text {th }}$ June 2012, the question of fixation of seniority/year of allotment of the officers who were appointed to IAS by promotion from the Select Lists of 2007A, 2008 and 2009 vide this Ministry’s Notification No. 14015/15/2009-AIS(I)-B dated 13.5.2012 has been considered and the same has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time and is as shown in column no. 08 of the table, which follows: –

SCS: Select List-2007A- (Against vacancies of 2007)

1. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 4 of the select list of 2007A shall be placed below Shri V. Thangazasiam, the promotee IAS officer of Manipur segment (appointed on the basis of select list of 2005) of 1999 batch and above Shri Raj Kumar Dinesh Singh, the senior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2000 batch of Manipur-Tripura cadre.SCS select list of 2008(Against the vacancies of 2008)

1. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name have been mentioned at Sl. No. 1 to 3 of the select list of 2008 shall be placed below Shri K. Radhakumar Singh, the junior most promotee IAS officer of Manipur segment(appointed on the basis of select list of 2007) of 1999 batch and above Ms Nidhi Mani Tripathi, the senior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2001 batch of Manipur-Tripura cadre.

4.1 The seniority /year of allotment of Shri Lalnuna Rokhum has been restricted as per Rule 4(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules. 1987.
5. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
