NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Uttarakhand and Government of Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government hereby accords approval for inter-cadre deputation of Shri Ajay Kumar Joshi, IAS (UK:77) from Uttarakhand Cadre to Uttar Pradesh Cadre, as a special case, for the remaining period of his service i.e. upto 31.12.2013, the date of his superannuation, on compassionate grounds.
