The Government of Nagaland has sent a statement dated $12^{\text {th }}$ March 2013 duly signed for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of the officer who was appointed to IAS by promotion (NonSCS category) from the Select List of 2010 vide this Department’s notification No. 14015/16/2010-AIS-I(B) dated $29^{\text {h }}$ April, 2011. The fixation of seniority/year of allotment has been considered and the year of allotment has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Details are given in the following Table:-

- As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose names have been mentioned at Sr. No. 1 above shall be placed below Shri Ramongo Lotha, the promotee IAS officer (SCS) of 2003 batch and above Shri Dinesh Kumar, the only Direct Recruit IAS officer of 2004 batch of Nagaland Cadre of IAS.
