The Government of Maharashtra vide their letter dated 16.2.2013 has requested to fix seniority/year of allotment of the officers who were appointed to IAS (SCS category) by promotion from the Select List of 2010 and 2011 vide this Ministry’s notification No. 14015/14/2012-AIS-I (B) dated $17^{\text {th }}$ January 2013. On the basis of relevant data provided by the State Government, the same has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Details are as under: –

- As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at Sl. No. 1 to 3 shall be placed enblock below Shri Balasaheb Kolse, promotee IAS officer (SCS category) of 2003 batch and above Shri D.G. Mhaisekar, IAS officer (Non SCS category) of 2003 batch of Maharashtra cadre.SCS: Select List-2011

- As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at Sl. No. 1 to 7 the select list of 2011 shall be placed enblock below Shri Vijay Balkrishna Waghmare, the junior most Direct Recruit IAS officer of 2004 batch and above Shri Shravan Pramod Hardikar the senior most IAS officer 2005 batch of Maharashtra cadre.
- The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
