With reference to State Government’s letter no. E-1-3/2010/51/2 dated 20.03.2011, 16.8.2012 and 20.3. 2013 the question of fixation of seniority/year of allotment of the officers who were appointed to IAS by promotion from the Select List of 2009-A vide this Ministry’s notifications No. 14015/5/2010-AIS(I)-B dated 10.5.2011 have been considered and the same has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time and is as shown in column no. 08 of the table, which follows:-

- As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose names have been mentioned at Sr. No. 1 for the Select List of 2009A shall be placed below Ms Kangale Reena Babasaheb, the junior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2003 batch and above Ms. Sangeetha P., the senior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2004 batch of Chhattisgarh Cadre.3. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose names have been mentioned at Sr. No. 2 for the Select List of 2009A shall be placed below Ms Alarmelmangai D, the junior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2004 batch and above Shri Mukesh Kumar, the senior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2005 batch of Chhattisgarh Cadre.
- The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
