The Government of Kerala has requested vide their letter no. 4056/Spl.A 1/2013/GAD dated 29/01/2013 for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of the officers who were appointed to IAS by promotion from the Select List of 2008 -A vide this Ministry’s notification No. 14015/12/2009-AIS (I)-B dated $25^{\text {th }}$ March 2011. The same has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time, till date and is as shown in column no. 08 of the following table:-
