In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Governments of Himachal Pradesh and Jharkhand, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Ms Marata, IAS (HP:04) from Himachal Pradesh cadre to Jharkhand cadre on the grounds of extreme hardship due to severe health problems.
