This notification details the transfer of Ms. Mamta, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, from the Himachal Pradesh cadre to the Jharkhand cadre. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हिमाचल प्रदेश एवं झारखंड राज्य की सरकारों की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा गम्भीर स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं के कारण होने वाली अत्यधिक कठिनाई के आधार पर सुश्री ममता, आईएएस(एचपीः04) का स्थानांतरण हिमाचल प्रदेश संवर्ग से झारखंड संवर्ग में करती है।
