Regularization of Overstay for IAS Officer Rabindra Kumar Agarwal

This notification details the Central Government’s approval for the regularization of an unauthorized overstay by IAS officer Shri Rabindra Kumar Agarwal during an inter-cadre deputation. NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the power conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Jharkhand, the Central Government has approved the proposal for regularization of unauthorized over stay for the period from 28.03.2012 to 19.04.2012 by Shri Rabindra Kumar Agarwal, IAS (KL:97) while on inter cadre deputation from Kerala cadre to Jharkhand cadre.
