This notification announces the approval of an inter-cadre deputation for Manish Chauhan, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre, to the Rajasthan cadre. The deputation is sanctioned for a period of three years, or until further orders, whichever comes first, and is based on the consent of both the Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan governments. This action is taken under the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा उत्तर प्रदेश एवं राजस्थान सरकार की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार ने एतद्वारा श्री मनीष चौहान, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (यू.पी.: 2000) का उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग से राजस्थान संवर्ग में कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि अथवा अगले आदेशो, जो भी पहले हो, तक के लिए अंतः संवर्ग प्रतिनियुक्ति को अनुमोदित कर दिया है ।
