In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Governments of Himachal Pradesh and Uttrarakhand, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Mrs Iva Sahay, IAS (HP:10) from Himachal Pradesh cadre to Uttarakhand cadre on the ground of marriage to Dr Ashish Kumar Srivastava, IAS (UK:11).
