The Government of Chhattisgarh vide their letter no. E-1-3/2010/1/2 dated 10.5. 2013 has requested for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of the officers who were appointed to IAS by promotion from the Select List of 2010 vide this Ministry’s notifications No. 14015/5/2011-AIS(I)-B dated $28^{\text {th }}$ September 2012. The same has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time and is as shown in column no. 08 of the following table:-

As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose names have been mentioned at Sr. No. 1 to 6 for the Select List of 2010 shall be placed below Ms Rita Shandilya, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2004 batch and above Shri Mukesh Kumar, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2005 batch of Chhattisgarh Cadre.
3. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose names have been mentioned at Sr. No. 7 to 11 for the Select List of 2010 shall be placed below Shri S. Prakash, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2005 batch and above Ms. Shruti Singh, senior most RR IAS officer of 2006 batch of Chhattisgarh Cadre.
4. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
