The Government of Sikkim has vide their letter no. 7490/G/DOP dated 28.06.2013 has sent a proposal for of fixation of seniority/year of allotment of officer who was appointed to IAS by Selection (against SCS quota vacancies) from the Select Lists of 2010 vide this Department’s notification No14015/20/2011-AIS(I)-(B) dated $8^{\text {th }}$ April 2013 has been considered. The same has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The details are given in the following tables:-

- As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at Sl. No. 1 of the select list of 2010 shall be placed below Shri D. Anandan, only RR IAS Officer of 2000 batch and above Shri Aunjaneya Kumar Singh, only RR IAS officer of 2005 batch of Sikkim Cadre.
