The Government of Rajasthan vide their letter no. F. 6 (1)Pers./A-I/2009 dated $7^{\text {th }}$ June 2013 have requested for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of officers, who were appointed to IAS by Selection from the Select Lists of 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 (Non-SCS category) vide this Department’s notification No. 14015/19/2009-AIS (I)-B dated 19.07.2009, No. 14015/19/2010-AIS(I) B dated 16.3.2011, No. 14015/19/2011-AIS(I)-B dated 10.02.2012 and No. 14015/19/2012-AIS(I)-B dated 19.2.2013 respectively. The same has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Details are as given in the following Table:

Select List-2009 (Non-SCS category)

1. 1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name have been mentioned at Sl. No. 1 to 2 of the select list of 2009 shall be placed nblock below Shri Debasish Prusty, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2000 batch and above Shri Naveen Jain, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2001 batch of Rajasthan cadre.2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 3 of the select list of 2009 shall be placed below Dr Krishna Kanth Pathak, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2001 batch and above Shri Teli Ashutosh A, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2002 batch of Rajasthan cadre.

Select List-2010 (Non -SCS category)

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the select list of 2010 shall be placed below Shri Neeraj Kumar Pawan, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2003 batch of Rajasthan cadre.

4. Select List-2011 (Non-SCS category)

4.2. The seniority /year of allotment of above officers at SI. No. 2 and 3 have been restricted under proviso to the Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules. 1987.

Select List-2012 (Non-SCS category)

5.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the select list of 2012 shall be placed below Shri Banna Lal , the promotee IAS officer(Non- SCS category) of 2003 batch and above Shri Ravi Jain, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2004 batch of Rajasthan cadre
5.2. The seniority /year of allotment of above officer has been restricted under proviso to Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules 1987.
6. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer.
