This notification details the confirmation of four Indian Administrative Service officers borne on the State Cadre of Uttarakhand. C. Ravi Shankar, Jyoti Yadav, Raghav Langer, and Savin Bansal, all from the 2009 batch, have been confirmed in the Indian Administrative Service with effect from August 31, 2011.
