NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 6th September, 2013
G.S.R.604(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Tripura hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2007, namely:

  1. (i) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2013.
    (ii) They shall come into force from 24.12.2012.
  2. In the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2007:-
    (a) In “Schedule II-Part A” posts carrying pay above the senior scale of pay of the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments”, in the table, for the entry ‘Manipur-Tripura’ occurring in the first column and corresponding entries in the second column, the following shall be substituted namely:
“Tripura
Chief Secretary to the Government Rs. 80000 (fixed)
Principal Secretary to Government HAG Scale – 67000 (annual increment @ 3\%)- 79000
Director General, State Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development HAG Scale – 67000 (annual increment @ 3\%)- 79000
Principal Secretary to Governor, Tripura HAG Scale – 67000 (annual increment @ 3\%)- 79000
Principal Resident Commissioner, Tripura Bhawan, New Delhi HAG Scale – 67000 (annual increment @ 3\%)- 79000
Secretary to Government PB-4 + GP Rs. $10000 /-$
Chief Executive Officer, Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council PB-4 + GP Rs. $10000 /-$
Resident Commissioner, Tripura PB-4 + GP Rs. $10000 /-$
Secretary to Chief Minister PB-4 + GP Rs. $10000 /-$
Commissioner for Departmental Enquiries PB-4 + GP Rs. $10000 /-$

(b) In “Schedule II-Part B” Posts carrying pay in the senior scale of the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments including posts carrying special allowance in addition to pay, for the entries occurring under ‘ManipurTripura’, the following shall be substituted, namely:-# Tripura
