ORDER
The Government of Odisha vide their letter no. SER1-IAS-13/13-32268/AIS-I dated $15^{\text {th }}$ November 2013 have requested to fix seniority/year of allotment of the officers of Odisha cadre, who have been appointed to IAS by promotion from SCS on the basis of Select List of 2012 vide this DOPT’s notification No. 14015/17/2013-AIS-I(B) dated $28^{\text {th }}$ October 2013. The same has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time. Details are as under:-
2. Select List of 2012 (Against vacancies arisen between 1.1.2012 to 31.12.2012)
2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 5 of the Select List of 2012 shall be placed enbloc below Shri Srikanta Prusty, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2003 batch and above Ms. Roopa Mishra, the only RR IAS officer of Odisha Cadre of 2004 batch.
3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
