ORDER

Government of Kerala also sent a proposal vide letter no. 70243/SpI.A 1/2013/GAD dated 13/09/2013 has requested for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of the officers who were appointed to IAS by selection from SCS category for the Select List of 2009 vide this Ministry’s notification No. 14015/12/2009-AIS (I)-B dated 14015/12/2011-AIS-I dated $4^{\text {th }}$ March 2011 has been considered. The same has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Details are as under:-

2. SCS: Select List-2009(Against vacancies arisen between 1.1.2009 to 31.12.2009)

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name have been mentioned at SI. No. $1 \& 2$ of the select list of 2009 shall be placed enbloc below Shri Ajit Kumar, the junior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2006 batch of Kerala cadre.
2.2 Seniority/year of allotment of officer at SI. No. 2 in the Select List of 2009 has been restricted under proviso to Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987.
3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer.
