Regularization of Inter-Cadre Deputation – Shri Hirdesh Kumar, IAS

The Central Government has approved the regularization of Shri Hirdesh Kumar’s overstay during his inter-cadre deputation from the Jammu & Kashmir cadre to the Uttar Pradesh cadre. This approval is based on Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the agreement of both the Jammu & Kashmir and Uttar Pradesh governments. The period of overstay being regularized is from July 22, 2012, to January 24, 2013. Copies of this notification have been sent to relevant officials in both states and for internal distribution within the Department of Personnel & Training.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the power conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Jammu \& Kashmir and Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government has approved the proposal for regularizing the period of overstay from 22.07.2012 to 24.01.2013 beyond approved tenure of inter cadre deputation of Shri Hirdesh Kumar, IAS(JK:99) from Jammu \& Kashmir cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre.
