भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं उड़ीसा सरकार और कर्नाटक सरकार की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार एतद् द्वारा श्री डी.वी. स्वामी, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (ओ.आर.:01) की उड़ीसा संवर्ग से कर्नाटक संवर्ग में अंतरसंवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति को वैयक्तिक आधार पर तीन वर्षों के लिए अनुमोदित करती है ।
