NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the power conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian
Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the
Government of Nagaland and Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government has
approved the proposal for regularizing the period of overstay from 09.05.2003 to
02.01.2006 beyond approved tenure of inter cadre deputation of Shri Abhishek
Singh, IAS(NL:95) from Nagaland cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre.
