This document details the approval of the Central Government to regularize the overstay of Shri Abhishek Singh, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, from the Nagaland cadre to the Uttar Pradesh cadre. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं नागालैंड तथा उत्तर प्रदेश सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार ने, श्री अभिषेक सिंह, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (एनएल : 95) की नागालैंड संवर्ग से उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग में अंतर्सवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के अनुमोदित कार्यकाल के बाद दिनांक 09.05.2003 से 02.01.2006 तक की अवधि तक बने रहने (ओवर स्टे) को नियमित करने के प्रस्ताव का अनुमोदन कर दिया है।
