On the basis of fresh facts provided by Government of Gujarat and in partial modification of this Department’s order of even number dated $27^{\text {th }}$ February 2013 seniority/year of allotment of promotee IAS officers of Gujarat cadre appointed on the basis of Select List of 2009A has been re-computed as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name have been mentioned at Sl. No. 1 to 4 of the select list of 2009-A shall be placed enblock below Shri Sandeep Kumar, the junior most DR IAS officer of 2002 batch and above Ms. Avantika Singh Aulakh, IAS the senior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2003 batch of Gujarat cadre.3. The above order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
