In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Manipur- Tripura and the Government of Maharashtra the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for inter cadre deputation of Shri Gitte Kiran Kumar Dinkar Rao, IAS (MT:05) from Manipur- Tripura cadre to Maharashtra cadre for a period of three years on personal grounds, in relaxation of the norm stipulating completion of 9 years of service before proceeding on inter cadre deputation.
