This notification announces the approval of an inter-cadre deputation for Mr. Gitte Kiran Kumar Dinkar Rao, an IAS officer from the Maharashtra cadre, to the Manipur-Tripura cadre. The central government has granted an exemption to the requirement of completing 9 years of service before being eligible for inter-cadre deputation, with the consent of the governments of Manipur-Tripura and Maharashtra. This is a personal deputation for a period of three years.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6 (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, मणिपुर-त्रिपुरा एवं महाराष्ट्र सरकारों की सहमति से, अंतर्सवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति से पूर्व 9 वर्षों की सेवा पूरी करने संबंधी मानदंड में छूट प्रदान करते हुए, श्री गिरी किरण कुमार दिनकर राव, आई.ए.एस. (महाराष्ट्र:05) की मणिपुर-त्रिपुरा संवर्ग से महाराष्ट्र संवर्ग में वैयक्तिक आधार पर तीन वर्षों के अंतर्सवर्गीय प्रतिबियुक्ति का अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
