ORDER
The Government of West Bengal vide their letter no. 33-PAR(IAS)/5C-03/2012(part) dated $8^{\text {th }}$ January 2014 has requested for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of officers, who were appointed to IAS by Selection from the Select List of 2012 vide this Ministry’s notification No. 14015/24/2012-AIS(I)-B dated $22^{\text {nd }}$ March 2013 have been considered and the same has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended from time to time. Details are as given in the following Table
Non -SCS: Select List-2012 (Against vacancies arisen between 1.1.2011 to 31.12.2011)

- As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name have been mentioned at Sl. No. 1 and 2 of the select list of 2012 shall be placed enbloc below Dr. Arbinda Ghosh, a promotee IAS officer (Non SCS) of 2002 batch and above Ms. Sripriya Rengarajan, only RR IAS officer 2003 batch of West Bengal cadre.
